Melbourne metro and regional Victoria, with the majority of our drivers Melbourne-based. We source regional operators on request and run interstate line-haul as required — in short, we can source almost any vehicle, almost anywhere.
How quickly can you get a truck to us?
Often at little to no notice. Short-notice and same-day taxi-truck and hot-shot work is a core part of what we do — call us and we'll tell you what's available.
What kinds of vehicles can I hire?
From 1-tonne vans through to B-doubles — rigids, rigid-and-dog combinations, crane trucks, prime movers and a full range of trailers, with refrigerated, tail-lift, curtain-sider, mezzanine and side-loader options. See vehicles and trailers.
Can you provide drivers as well as trucks?
Yes. Every vehicle comes with a licensed, inducted driver, and we run a fully managed contractor service through our recruitment and labour hire under Victorian Labour Hire Licence VICLHL07361.
Are you insured and compliant?
Yes — $20M public liability, WorkCover, and NHVR-compliant, auditable systems with a Safety Management System aligned to Chain of Responsibility. Certificates of currency are available on request. More on our compliance page.
How do your rates work?
Hourly hire and established line-haul lanes run on a rate card; everything else is priced on application. Fuel levy and GST are quoted separately, and rates are always confirmed before work begins. Ask us for a quote.
Can I open a credit account?
Yes — ask our accounts team about a 14-day credit account, or pay by card or bank transfer. Email accounts@overload.com.au.
